2012 MultiPak MS 175 VFFS Bagging Machines

The MS-175 Vertical Form Fill Seal bagging machine is the middle machine in the BH series. It is a mid-range machine designed for filling and sealing laminate film bags for a variety of product types. This machine comes with a printer and single forming set (made to size requirement) as standard and is the ideal machine for packing both food and non-food items due to its robust stainless steel construction. Complete with a touch screen control panel for ease of use and a large range of optional extras, this vertical form fill seal packaging machine is an ideal starting point for most standard sized and larger sized packaging applications. Jaws for sealing polythene film bags can be purchased seperatley for this machine.

Suitability

Due to the nature of this stainless steel construction, this machine will fill and seal most products including dry and sticky food and non-food items. This machine would be ideal for packing target weights from around 50g upward, although these may vary depending on your product type.

What it does

This machine has been designed to package a product into bags or pouches that are formed and sealed from a roll of thin laminate film using heating elements and a cutting knife. This process works by setting your required bag length and size and dropping a specified amount of product into the half formed bag. The top of the bag is then sealed and the bag is released below.

Why you need it

If you are currently packing and sealing your products by hand and you are looking to automate the process then this machine is an ideal place to start. Although there are many types and sizes of bagging machine, this mid-range machine is a reliable and robust solution to automate most medium sized packaging systems. This machine will fill and seal bags / pouches at upto 30 bags per minute and it can be fed via a weighing machine, volley, elevator or manually.
